Putin:
The use of nuclear weapons is an extreme and exceptional measure to ensure the national security of our states.
At the same time, given the growing tension in the world and the emergence of new threats and risks, our nuclear triad, as before, must serve as a reliable guarantor of the sovereignty of the Union State of Russia and Belarus, ensure strategic deterrence, and maintain nuclear parity and the global balance of power.

The U.S. has sent a new proposal to Iran today through Pakistan after Tehran submitted a 14-point draft three days ago, according to Tasnim News Agency.
▪️Iran is now reviewing the text and has not yet responded.
▪️Pakistan’s Interior Minister in Tehran is working to narrow the differences between the two proposals.
Just so you know:
The Iranians haven’t moved an inch from their original position. It’s the American side that keeps shifting the goalposts.
———-
Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmaeil Baghaei:
Tehran has received the American position and is currently reviewing it. According to him, the arrival of Pakistani Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi is expected to facilitate the exchange of messages with the U.S. He added that Pakistan is serving as a communication channel between Tehran and Washington, and noted that the Iranian regime’s conditions include the following points:
▪️ An end to the war on all fronts, including in Lebanon
▪️ The release of frozen Iranian assets
▪️ An end to the naval blockade on Iranian ports
The U.S. is reportedly offering the following:
▪️ An end to the war on all fronts
▪️ Removal of the American blockade on the Strait of Hormuz
▪️ Iranian management of the Strait of Hormuz, including payment terms and maritime routes determined by Iran
▪️ Release of 25% of frozen Iranian funds (approximately $25 billion)
In return, Iran would commit to:
▪️ Handing over 400 kilograms of uranium
▪️ Closing its nuclear facilities (except for the Tehran reactor used for medical purposes)
According to the proposal, all stages are to be completed within 30 days.
Trump is essentially asking Iran to sacrifice its nuclear ambitions in exchange for control and sovereignty over the Strait of Hormuz.

Saudi channel Al Arabiya reported on a draft framework agreement between Iran and the United States that is currently awaiting approval by both sides and includes nine clauses:
1. An immediate, comprehensive, and unconditional ceasefire on all fronts
2. A commitment to refrain from attacking military, civilian, or economic infrastructure
3. A halt to military operations and an end to the media war between the countries
4. Respect for sovereignty and territorial integrity, and non-interference in internal affairs
5. Guaranteeing freedom of navigation in the Persian Gulf, the Strait of Hormuz, and the Arabian Sea
6. Establishing a joint mechanism for monitoring and resolving disputes
7. Beginning negotiations on the remaining disputed issues within 7 days
8. A gradual lifting of American sanctions in exchange for Iran’s commitment to the terms of the agreement
9. Compliance with international law and the United Nations

The spokesperson for the National Security and Foreign Policy Committee in the Iranian parliament, Ebrahim Rezaei, responds to the sanctions imposed yesterday by the US on Iran’s ambassador to Lebanon:
“Imposing sanctions on a diplomat from the Foreign Ministry means imposing sanctions on diplomacy itself. It is possible that the ongoing negotiations are also a deception, and the Americans are not interested in diplomacy. Now, after they have imposed sanctions on an Iranian diplomat, instead of diplomats, missiles should be sent to negotiate with the devil, so that he understands the matter.”

US oil inventories are collapsing:
Total US crude inventories, including the Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR), fell by -17.8 million barrels last week, the largest weekly drawdown in history.
Commercial crude inventories fell -7.9 million barrels, the biggest decline since mid-February.
Furthermore, the SPR alone shed -9.9 million barrels, the largest weekly drain on record.
This marks the 8th consecutive weekly decline, the longest streak in 3 years.
Since the Iran War began, 42 million barrels, or 10% of the entire US SPR, have been drained, mostly via exports to Asia.
The SPR now stands at 374 million barrels, the lowest since July 2024, leaving the US with a significantly reduced buffer against future supply shocks.
The US emergency oil cushion is disappearing faster than at any point in history.
